Natural Virgin Black and Soft Brown are raw single-donor hair, never dyed. Jet Black 1B is dyed black, and we say so wherever it is offered; we never call it raw. Tape-ins and the halo come in their natural donor shade, not dyed.

Match to the mid-lengths and ends of your natural hair, not the roots. Raw single-donor hair varies slightly in tone from bundle to bundle, and a stylist can tone or lift the raw shades. If you are between shades, send a daylight photo and we will confirm the match before you order.

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Premium Clip-In Extensions are custom made and ship 2–3 weeks after ordering. Natural Wavy Clip-In Extensions ship 3–5 business days after processing. During major promotions processing can take up to 7 business days. US orders of $300 or more ship free with the Standard rate; other shipping is calculated at checkout.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt for a return or store credit. The hair must be in original, unaltered, resellable condition, with the ties intact and not combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn or colored. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted because processing begins immediately. Read the full refund policy.

One-donor hair reflects the natural characteristics of an individual donor, so subtle differences in strand feel, density, softness, wave and movement can exist from one set to another. That natural variation is part of what makes one-donor hair distinctive.
