The Halo and Clip-Ins are removable styles you wear yourself. Genius Wefts are put in by a professional extensionist and worn for months. Compare the methods.
Is all of your hair single-donor and never dyed?
Yes. Every extension we sell is raw, single-donor human hair in one of our natural shades. Tone and texture vary a little from piece to piece, the way natural hair does.
How do I match my natural shade?
Compare the mid-lengths and ends of your hair in daylight, or text front, back and ends photos and we'll match it for you.
How much hair do I need?
Each Genius Weft is approximately 50 g; two is a typical full install. The Halo is one 95 g piece. Clip-In sets run 150 to 300 g. Send photos and we'll confirm the amount.
When will my order be ready?
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Invisible Clip-Ins are made to order and ship in 2 to 3 weeks. See the shipping policy.
How do I request a return?
Email or text us within 7 days of receipt. Hair must be unworn with the original ties intact; see the return policy.
